You can see this menu at the bottom of the "Move List" press Triangle button on PS4.
This panel is the same for every character, but it seems is not accurate to each characters moves however it shows what to do to do moves like "swap" moves or throws. EX Special move is the same Tommy Oliver's here in his move set list picture with arrows and buttons. So Super and EX Special are the same for all characters I guess.
