Description
This moveset aims to add another 2d fighter to the Tekken 7 roster. Chun-Li from street fighter.
Most of her moves are influenced by moves existing in SFIII:3S, USFIV & SFV.
Includes an all new V-Trigger system and her V-Skill I from SFV.

Installation
To install the Chun-Li costume with special effects, drag ChunLi_Hado_P.pak into the Tekken 7 Mods folder:

To use this moveset, you are going to need the TekkenMovesetExtractor (major credits to Kiloutre for making this tool).

1.) After downloading from this page, unzip the .exe folder and keep it somewhere you will remember it.
2.) Then, find the extracted_chars folder within this TekkenMovesetExtractor package folders and navigate to the "extracted_chars" folder and paste the Chun-Li move set file into the "extracted_chars" folder.
3.) Return back to the main TekkenMovesetExtractor folder and scroll down to the bottom and find the orange looking womans face and hair icon that is named "TekkenMovesetExtractor" and it also shows "application" on the right-hand side under the top file category of "Type." Click to run this application.
4.) On the right side of the TekkenMovesetExtractor is a button "Update Character List." When you click that it reads the files in the "Extracted_Chars" folder. It should already be showing "Chun-Li."
5.) Launch Tekken 7 for PC on Steam.
6.) Go into practice mode and select Xiaoyu preset 2 (or anybody) once loaded in press Alt + Tab to minimize Tekken 7. Click on the TekkenMovesetExtractor and click on the "Chun-Li" move set to highlight it from the dropdown menu and to activate it then on the right side under "Update Character List" click on the next button "Import to P1." After a moment it loads the move set to player one. You might get a hit or two in before it fully resets the character with a different stance and moves.
7.) If you click the "Export Tekken 7: Player 1, or 2 or Both" buttons in the middle of the TekkenMovesetExtractor it will extract the move set and place it into the "extracted_chars" folder. Now you can use any characters move set with any character.

8.) There is a Tekken Tage Tournament 2 emulation software for the PS3 game called cemu and using that you can extract TTT2 move sets into Tekken 7.
9.) Some custom move sets from the internet have crashed Tekken 7 but no character swaps have done that. Chun-Li appears to be stable. Then there is also Oni. Ryu. Sagat. Dr. Strange. Wanda. Spider-Man. Xenomorph from alien. Then a variety of Tekken character move set mods.

Once this is done, run Tekken 7 and TekkenMovesetExtractor.exe.
Start a practice match with Xiaoyu preset 2 against any opponent.
Then, while the game is still running, switch to TekkenMovesetExtractor.
Select Chun-Li from the dropdown, then Import to P1.
The tool should respond with Successfully imported Chun-Li !
At this point, the mod has been installed correctly – just have a mess around with it.

A issue is that player 2 will have slightly limited moveset if you also add the moves (if from the list "char extracted" folder) or otherwise, since they are facing the wrong direction. I am pretty sure that taller characters have further reach when using other characters moves in Tekken 7 using the moveset extractor. I tested it out with several characters and seems to be how it is. Some will actually produce particle effects like the Chun-Li mod if using the (.pak) outfit will make a particle effect happen that using her mod with other characters will not. Devil Kazumi as well.
