You need to use the mod tool to load the 'char' you can swap 1 characters moves to another, use alternative move sets, use costumes but others online won't see it, unless they also have the same mods running. Costumes are based on either customization of clothing and saving the slot per the item you are wearing that is modded, or via default character slots so it just is what it is as in select character slot default 4.
